Covenant of eliminating Organized criminal group

We shall pledge that we do not fall under any of the following CLAUSES in order to carry out　transacton with Unleash LLC.

If we violate this Covenant , we shall not appeal that 3WN CO.,LTD suspends transaction with us immediately.

In addition , The terms used in this Covenant shall follow the definitions in "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (Act No. 77 of 1991) and ordinance for eliminating Anti-Social Forces enacted by each local government.

CLAUSES:

  • We or our representative,responsible person,or substantial controller, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the"Officers")
    Who is Organized criminal group,Member of any organized criminal group,or any Anti Social Forces (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Organized criminal groups")
  • We or "Officers" whom five years have not passed since the day on which the person ceased to be "Organized criminal groups"
  • It is found that "Organized criminal groups" substantially involved in management of our company.
  • It is found that we or "Officers" who use "Organized criminal groups" for the purpose of acquiring third party's illicit gain or for the purpose of inflicting damage on third party.
  • It is found that we or "Officers" who directly or actively maintain "Organized criminal groups" or cooperate with their management or participate in them by funding to , providing convenience to "Organized criminal groups" , etc
  • It is found that we or "Officers" who have close relationship with "Organized criminal groups"
  • It is found that we or "Officers" who behave in a violent or threatening by using third party or by ourselves.
  • It is found that we or "Officers" who obstruct the business or damage the credit of another by using fraudulent means or force.
